My mom named me Kaley [after a street called Kaley avenue which she saw on the way to the hospital] Jill [because she thought it sounded 'uptown' and 'classy'] McDonald [my scot/irish father's surname]. I live in a small town in Florida in roughly the same spot that I have existed all of my life. So... I guess that takes care of the basics.
